All payments for premium subscriptions and in-app purchases within the Fused application are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store.

Ujjawal Lab does not directly handle any financial transactions and therefore cannot process refunds directly.

Refund Eligibility

All refund requests are subject to Google Play's Refund Policy.

Google typically allows refunds for most apps and in-app purchases within a limited period (usually 48 hours) after the purchase is made.

How to Request a Refund

Since purchases are made through the Google Play Store, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Google.

Go to play.google.com/store/account

Click on Order History to view your purchase history

Find Your Order

Locate the Fused purchase or subscription you want to refund

Report a Problem

Select "Report a problem" next to your order

Complete the Form

Choose the option that best describes your situation and complete the refund request form

Review Process

Google will review your request and make a determination based on their policies. This process is automated and handled entirely by Google's systems.

Our Role in Refunds

What We Do When a Refund is Approved

Ujjawal Lab is automatically notified of approved refunds by Google. Upon notification:

  • We immediately revoke access to the premium features associated with the refunded purchase
  • Your account will be reverted to the free tier of service

What We Cannot Do

Important: We are unable to influence Google's decision on any refund request. The refund process is controlled entirely by Google's automated systems and policies.

Subscription Cancellation

Understanding Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Canceling a subscription will stop automatic renewals, but it does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

For Direct Refund Requests

For immediate refund requests, you must use the Google Play refund process. We cannot process refunds directly through email or any other channel.
